Teachers from public, private, religious and charter schools in New York City are eligible for the award.
Nominators must fill out the following fields and include a brief explanation of why their teacher is special. You are encouraged to be as specific as possible.
The Blackboard Awards for Teachers is sponsored by Fordham University, the United Federation of Teachers and Glenwood Management.
The deadline is 5pm on April 29, 2012. Awards will be presented on June 18, 2012.
